Who we are

What we collect

When you request an audit or contact us, we collect your name, role, work email, hotel name and city, the links you share, and the numbers you enter in our cost calculator.

When a hotel becomes a client, we access its public reviews and the review platforms it invites us to, only as a user the hotel adds. We never ask for or store platform passwords.

How we use it

To prepare your audit, reply to you, provide the service you hire, and send reports to the people your hotel designates. We do not sell personal information.

Guest information

Reviews are public content. We use them only to draft replies and reports for the hotel that owns the listing. Our replies never include guest personal data such as room numbers or contact details.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to run our website, forms, email, scheduling, payments and AI drafting tools: [LIST, e.g. Netlify, Google Workspace, Cal.com, Stripe]. They process data only to provide their service to us.

Retention and your choices

We keep audit requests for up to [24] months and client data for the length of the contract plus [12] months. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at hello@wehandlereviews.com.
